How to get through the day:

  1. Wake up
  2. Turn off the alarm
  3. Sleep for another 15-60 minutes
  4. Wake up again
  5. Look in the mirror (look at your skin, your pores and anything that doesn't look good)
  6. Brush your teeth
  7. look in the mirror
  8. Go for a walk (it is advised to be in the woods for at least 3,5 hours)
  9. If you find something nice, don't even think of keeping it!! Nice things belong to humans.
  10. LOOK in the mirror
  11. Time for entertaiment (nail biting, reading to wind, speaking very loudly to youself etc.)
  12. Nap (43 seconds)
  13. Watching the sun
  14. Worship anyone for anything
  15. First (and last) meal of the day - preferably nuts
  16. Shower every other night
  17. Set three alarms
  18. Try to sleep
