How to get through the day:
- Wake up
- Turn off the alarm
- Sleep for another 15-60 minutes
- Wake up again
- Look in the mirror (look at your skin, your pores and anything that doesn't look good)
- Brush your teeth
- look in the mirror
- Go for a walk (it is advised to be in the woods for at least 3,5 hours)
- If you find something nice, don't even think of keeping it!! Nice things belong to humans.
- LOOK in the mirror
- Time for entertaiment (nail biting, reading to wind, speaking very loudly to youself etc.)
- Nap (43 seconds)
- Watching the sun
- Worship anyone for anything
- First (and last) meal of the day - preferably nuts
- Shower every other night
- Set three alarms
- Try to sleep
